I am deeply passionate about helping others find relief from the pain and confusion life brings. I am trained in reading Brain SPECT scans and work closely with the Amen Clinics as a Brain Health Coach. I specialize in trauma (PTSD) as well as depression and anxiety. One area I use to treat trauma is EMDR (an evidence-based treatment with a 84-90% - success rate)! I have many stories from clients whose lives have changed drastically for the better after a few treatments! I have extensive training in ADHD and helped thousands of people find relief.
