¡Hablo Español! I specialize in working with Latinx, immigrants, and BIPOC clients, but I am open to anyone! I work with adults and children with trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, racial identity, and life transitions. I use a holistic approach to healing using theory based and intuition along with EMDR. I work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I understand the Latino culture and beliefs. Understanding these beliefs can be part of the healing process. Healing is a journey which can be achieved with professional help and support. I help my client develop copping skills to reduce stress and achieve their goals.

I also provide immigration evaluations for hardship cases and VAWA cases. I am indigenous and speak some Purehpecha. Part of my approach is a traditional Mexican folklore healing along with evidence based approaches to help clients heal with natural remedies for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing in a somatic way. My approach is tailored to my client.
I use a trauma informed lens and a full assessment to help develop the best therapeutic approach for my clients wellbeing. My therapeutic modality includes Strength Based, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, Psychoeducation, Psychoanalytical, EMDR, Mindfulness along with a spirituality approach, in a collaborative way to help my clients healing process.
