I specialize in perinatal mood disorders, which includes pregnancy/postpartum depression/anxiety; stress and grief with infertility issues and pregnancy losses. Another specialty is grief and loss of a partner/parent. My treatment modalities include, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness and vagus nerve stimulation strategies.
