NOTE: Not Accepting New Clients. I am a bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) (Supervisor) and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S). I use a variety of approaches in my clinical work with children and adults including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Approaches are selected and adapted to fit the client's age, interests, and treatment needs. I work with individual children and families, individual adults and couples, and offer parenting consultation.
I provide play therapy to children struggling with anxiety, behavioral issues, self-esteem issues, adjustments, depression, and problems occurring within the home or at school. Play therapy helps children to address and resolve challenges while empowering them to express their feelings, thoughts, and worries.
I assist adolescents in dealing with the transition to young adulthood. I work with teen concerns including anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger issues, and various other adjustments. I work with adults to assist with life changes, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, and parenting issues.
