If your child or teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, or self-esteem, it can be hard to know how to help. Some kids shut down, while others act out—and many parents feel stuck trying to figure out what their child really needs. I primarily work with kids and teens (ages 10–18), including neurodivergent youth (such as ADHD or Autism) and LGBTQ+ clients, helping them feel understood, supported, and more confident in who they are.
I offer virtual therapy, making it easier for your child or teen to get support from the comfort of home. My approach is warm, genuine, and focused on creating a safe space where they can be themselves. I also partner closely with parents, offering guidance and practical strategies so you feel supported along the way.
