I specialize in trauma therapy for youth and adults, helping clients process difficult experiences, reframe the past, and build a healthier present. Early intervention in childhood or reprocessing previous trauma as an adult, lays a new foundation for healing. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution Focused Therapy in order to support clients in establishing new patterns, identify emotions, implement coping skills, and navigate through reframed thought process.
By addressing trauma and emotional struggles, we can work together to build a healthy framework for coping and growth. My approach is designed to provide you with a safe space where you can regain control and build a path toward recovery.
