My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and goal-oriented. I integrate insight-oriented therapy with experiential techniques, creativity, and mindfulness practices. I draw on training in Schema Therapy, MBCT, and Brainspotting, tailoring our work to your goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law for over a decade and also worked as a teacher and lived abroad. I understand the complexity of high-pressure careers and the toll they can take.
