About
I provide individual, group, and couples therapy for adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship challenges with family, friends, partners, etc., self esteem, and trauma. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where clients and I work together to explore themselves, understand connections between their experiences and how they think, feel, and behave, and utilize this information to create the change they want in their lives.
I practice using an integrative approach pulling from principles of DBT, emotion focused, and relational theories. You will also find me utilizing a feminist, multicultural framework as I believe our identity, cultural, and social experiences influence how we navigate our lives.
If what I offer resonates with you, please send me an email at ea@elomamuzuphd.com and share your upcoming availability. We can schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation to discuss our fit together and I can answer any questions you may have.
