Life can often be overwhelming and stressful, leaving us feeling disconnected, lost, or stuck. In my work with adults and couples, I aim to guide clients on their journey toward peace, fulfillment, and connection. I’ve previously worked with those facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, and chronic physical health concerns, as well as couples navigating life transitions, emotional distance, and trust issues. Together we’ll discover new ways of moving forward, allowing space to consider and grow through past hurts, mental and physical ailments, and trauma.
I take a systemic approach with clients by considering the individual as well the many external factors impacting their decisions, struggles, and life. I use evidence-based, non-stigmatizing methods to convey a therapeutic stance focused on strengths and consideration of the entire person - not just their diagnosis or problems.
As a marriage and family therapist, I believe it is through healthy relationships that we grow as we share our stories, struggles, and strengths, allowing for deeper connection to the world in which we belong.
