I’m a licensed mental health therapist, and I’m on a mission to help you overcome your limiting beliefs and give you the tools you need to minimize any barriers that keep you from enjoying the life that you deserve. I’ve spent a lot of years honing my skills to help you manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship struggles.
Many people have come to therapy feeling broken, disappointed, and afraid. However, they found that therapy helped them defeat their limiting beliefs, gave them the tools to manage any mental health concerns, boosted their self-confidence, and provided a positive outlook on life.
In addition to my profession as a therapist, I am also a certified family and divorce mediator. I provide mediation for couples who would rather collaborate versus litigate. I have also been a mental health and wellness trainer for many years as an EAP (Employee Assistance Provider), providing corporate training for several businesses.
