I am a Licensed Marriage & family Therapist with a Doctorate in Psychoanalysis providing depth-oriented psychotherapy and psychoanalysis for individuals/couples. I integrate psychodynamic and attachment based principles to address underlying emotional themes
I also integrate EMDR when appropriate.
I work with high-functioning professionals and couples navigating depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. My style is steady, thoughtful and collaborative and I maintain a limited caseload to ensure individualized care.
