Are you looking for greater balance, confidence, or a stronger sense of control over your mental health? You don't have to do it alone! I offer a warm and non-judgmental space—one that is neurodivergent-affirming—where you can feel safe to share openly and explore what matters most to you.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults at all stages of life. My approach is collaborative and individualized, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Depending on what feels most supportive, sessions may include play therapy, CBT, DBT, and strength-based approaches in a natural, conversational style.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I support individuals with ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, and other neurodivergent experiences, honoring both strengths and challenges. I offer a safe, inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space and welcome diverse relationship styles and kink communities.
