I work with individuals and help find solutions to problems so that they feel empowered to live their best lives. I believe that with time, introspection, and self-care, life's decisions and recoveries can be easier to decipher.
At my last job, it was mandatory for my clients to have an hour of counseling with me a week. There were some that did not feel like they needed counseling and were not keen on seeing me. After a year at the end of my time with them, they said that they ended up really enjoying working with me and felt like I was helpful and that they had made progress.
