We can all feel stuck sometimes! Finding ourselves in uncomfortable and dissatisfying cycles that make us say UGH. I am passionate about helping you find the freedom and strength needed to work towards healing and growth so you can start to feel like you again. My primary goal in therapy is to create an affirmative and inclusive environment for all clients. Feeling safe is key— whether it is with yourself, your partner/s, or in therapy.
Working from an Emotion Focused, Experiential, and Strengths-based foundation, I hope to help you explore your emotional experiences, heal from past pain, and tap into the skills you already have within.
I have experience and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I am queer, poly, kink affirmative, and sex-positive. As your therapist, I prioritize awareness and acknowledgment of power and privilege throughout my work. I encourage all clients to come to me with any feedback or questions.
