You don’t always have to find the right words to express what you’re feeling. Art therapy can offer another way to explore, process, and understand your experiences. I specialize in client-centered art therapy in New Jersey with children, teens, adults, and seniors experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and other life transitions. I meet you where you are with curiosity and compassion, while creating space for you to discover what insight and growth can look like in your own life.
No prior artistic experience is necessary. Through drawing, painting, mosaics, sculpture, and other creative mediums, art therapy can offer a meaningful way to explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express with words alone. As you develop new artistic skills, you may feel a new sense of empowerment.
I offer a quiet, comfortable environment to feel relaxed and free from judgment. You're invited to let go of preconceived notions about what art “should” look like and instead immerse yourself in the creative process. Whatever you're struggling with, our work together can create space to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and see things in a new way!
