Hey, I'm Alex! If you're here then you've taken the first step and decided you want to pursue therapy! I work with clients to create change by not only providing empathy, validation, and encouragement, but challenging them (in supportive way) as well. I work with young adults and millennials who are struggling with transitions like school changes, becoming a new parent, or switching jobs. As mom of young kids, I have first hand experience with these adjustments as well.
In addition, as a social worker trained in the legal system, I have first hand experience with harmful behaviors and clients struggling with legal matters. Together, we can work on understanding the factors driving your actions, build new skills, and foster personal accountability and growth.
