Navigating life has its challenges, regardless of our developmental phase! I work with kids (3 & up), adolescents, and adults - struggling with life’s challenges - or folks that just need a little support. My hope is to create a space that fosters meaningful self-exploration, self-understanding and a sense of empowerment when navigating life’s experiences. I believe that when therapy is individualized to your unique processes and strengths, meaningful changes can be cultivated.
My approach is relational, rooted in compassionate curiosity and developmental understanding. I integrate play, nature, art and my 8 years of teaching experiences to support authentic, self-understanding. When we can develop compassionate awareness of our internal experiences, we can also engage and modify those processes in a way that moves life forward.
Wherever you are along your journey in life, my goal is to support you with an open heart and open mind. Being human is messy and complex - and starting therapy can be tough. I view therapy as a collaborative experience so together, we can create an individualized approach that supports growth, well-being and meaningful transformation. I’m here to help. :)
