Welcome to my practice! I am a Certified Internal Family Systems therapist (IFS). My clients are people familiar with IFS, have experience with IFS, or who are seeking IFS therapy. I see individuals, couples, both LGBT and heterosexual, men who experienced childhood trauma, and with people who grew up in a family with alcoholism or an emotionally unavailable parent. I am committed to co-creating a safe space with you, where ALL parts of you can show up and be seen without judgment, heal wounds from the past, become free of shame, & unresolved anger or grief, and gaining the ability to live with more passion, energy and joy.
We all experience bumps in life, in relationships, losing loved ones, health, moving, painful memories from childhood that won't go away. Life is complex and our emotions are impacted. My own journey of personal healing led to my becoming a psychotherapist. It is a labor of love for me.
I have completed Level 1, Level 3 of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, IFS couple training beginner and advanced, and am also a graduate of Shalom Mountain Retreat Center's, retreat leadership training in process therapy.
