I’m a pastor and Christian counselor with over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals and families through life’s most difficult seasons. If you’re facing personal struggles, church hurt, relational challenges, or spiritual confusion, I'll create a safe, Gospel-centered space where you can process, heal, and grow. I’ve had the privilege of counseling believers across cultures and generations and developing spiritual formation frameworks used in seminaries and churches alike. Christian counseling is a method of discipleship, and my goal is to help you grow to become more like Jesus in your actions, emotions, and beliefs. I use an eclectic blend of the Bible, listening to the Holy Spirit, and evidence-informed psychology: EFT, CBT, and Attachment. Whatever you're experiencing, I'll accept where you are and help you move forward.
