About
Whether you are struggling with an acute issue now or have been struggling alone for awhile, help and healing are possible. In therapy, there is space to make concrete goals towards change and room for more abstract exploration and discovery of self. I work with clients to build an individualized tool-kit that will assist them in living a more meaningful, fulfilled, and connected life that can withstand life's struggles and hardships.
I provide a nonjudgmental, safe space for clients to open up, explore, and reflect. I believe in using evidenced-based practices including trauma informed care and operate from a relational lens, meaning I believe in the healing power of relationships. I work in collaboration with my clients to help them move towards growth, change, and healing.
Reaching out can be one of the more intimidating and challenging parts of the therapy process. Use whichever mode of communication you feel most comfortable with to call, text, or e-mail and schedule a free 20 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
