About Me

I practice from an integrated, body-based framework — drawing on EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work to help you access and heal what lives beneath conscious awareness. These approaches work at the level of the nervous system, not just the narrative. That means we aren't only talking about what happened — we're working with how it still lives in you.
