I work with people navigating complex trauma, dissociation, suicidality, and existential pain. My approach is integrative and trauma-focused, drawing on EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), meditation, CBT, and somatic awareness. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration when appropriate.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: that healing is possible—and that the capacity for change already lives within you. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly. You don’t have to hold it all alone. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll go from there.
