My clients are real people with real issues like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, grief, unbearable family interactions, annoying co-workers, news fatigue, social media burnout, FOMO, emotional overwhelm, issues related to sexual orientation, and much much more. I offer in-person sessions in the Kansas City area and I offer telehealth services in Missouri, Florida AND Colorado!

I am passionate about working with men to help identify their emotions, particularly in the context of relationship struggles. I pay attention with curiosity, empathy, and a desire to understand you in ways that others do not. The connection that we build and nurture will help to facilitate understanding, healing, and a new way of being in relationship.

The idea of "going to counseling" can be intimidating, and it doesn't help that there are so many misconceptions and preconceived notions about what it means.
