It is a profoundly scary time for marginalized people as we face loss of human rights, endure violence, & bear witness to mass global genocide. Now more than ever, mental healthcare must be firmly rooted in decolonization, abolitionism, & anti-oppression to facilitate empowerment. Trauma-informed therapy acknowledges systems-level trauma. With this foundation, I aim to cultivate safe spaces where my clients feel seen and deeply known as they share their story and seek the agency to reclaim it. It's an immense privilege to be a partner in the pursuit of radical healing, growth, vulnerability, authenticity, self-exploration, & joy.
I have a passion for treatment focuses of trauma, gender & sexuality, sex & relationships, ethical nonmonogamy, kink, spirituality, body image, and neurodivergence. My approach includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy & creative arts.
