I work with men of all ages and backgrounds. I am specialized in EMDR and Sensorimotor approaches to healing. These body-centered therapies are accelerated and evidence based which often leads to more rapid progress that in other forms of therapy.

I prioritize EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) in my work. In your first session we'll explore together what brought you to therapy and what may be some of the underlying roots of present day struggle. With EMDR and SP we will then work towards processing these roots, effectively updating the way they are stored to give you new options and feelings in the present.
