Hi, I’m Ellie. I work with children, teens, and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. For younger clients, that can look like big emotions, low self-esteem, friendship or family stress, difficulty expressing what they’re feeling, or struggling with changes at home or school. For adults, it may look like people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship patterns, life transitions, or realizing you’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost touch with yourself.

My style is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. With kids, I use play, creativity, and practical coping skills to help them understand and express their emotions. With teens and adults, we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward feeling more confident, connected, and like yourself again.
