I am currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program. My areas of interest include working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relational challenges, and developmental trauma.
Before entering the counseling field, I worked extensively in roles serving women and children, which deepened my passion for supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. I am particularly interested in how the body holds experience and in integrating somatic awareness and mindfulness into therapy.
My counseling style is warm, relational, and grounded in the belief that each person has an inherent capacity for healing, resilience, and wholeness. I aim to co-create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their patterns, rediscover choice, and move toward greater freedom, authenticity, and connection in their lives.
