Scott Peck's quote that “Mental health is an ongoing dedication to reality at all costs.” I love to work with existential angst, life discernment, relationship dynamics, psychological abuse, and navigating the loneliness, regret and confusion that can come with just trying to be an aware human being in a complex world.
