I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have specialized training in EMDR for trauma and PTSD, and in perinatal mental health, supporting people through the profound and often complicated emotional terrain of fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.

At the heart of my work is relationship. Therapy isn't just techniques. It’s feeling safe enough to be real.
