Hi! My name is Ellie - and I am so excited to meet you! I love working with preteens, teens, college students, and young adults, helping them through a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, perfectionism, academic or occupational stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and personalized — I adapt interventions based on each person’s age, needs, and goals. Throughout the process, I’ll check in with you regularly to develop goals together and make sure we’re focusing on what feels most helpful and meaningful to you.
During our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know you and creating a safe, supportive space to talk about what’s going on in your life. Everyone’s journey is unique, and together we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your needs — with the flexibility to adjust as we go along.
