About
Hi! My name is Ellie - and I am so excited to meet you! I love working with children (ages 5 and up), teens, young adults, individuals, and couples, helping them through a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, emotional disregulation, and perfectionism. My approach/style depends a lot on the age and needs of each person, and I adapt interventions from various modalities to fit what is needed for treatment. Throughout the process, I will check-in with you to develop goals and to make sure we’re on the same page about what is most important to you for the focus of our time together.
During the first few sessions, we will work towards getting to know you and creating a safe space to talk about what is going on. Each individual’s life journey is unique, so let’s develop a treatment plan that meets your needs, and we can make changes and adjustments as we go along.
I want to join you on your journey and support you! I know it can be challenging to find just the right therapist to work with, so feel free to reach out to me by phone, email, or text with any of your questions, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can :)
