I'm a therapist at Ellie Mental Health of Woodbridge, and I have experience working with both adults and teens, working through challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, major life changes, acculturation issues, and familial/relationship conflict. I have provided counseling services in the school system, residential homes and in outpatient clinics.

I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and my goal is to create a supportive, receptive and non-judgmental space for that journey to take place.
I utilize a person-centered and exploratory approach, in addition to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused, rational emotive behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.
I believe it is a sign of strength to ask for help when life gets difficult, and I am fully prepared to work with you to build upon the strength it takes to reach out.
