I'm Lakeisha Todd, a therapist at Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University, and I bring years of experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of settings. I support individuals, couples and families navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, life transitions, marital and premarital counseling, and a variety of other challenges and issues.

My approach to therapy can include a variety of paths, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, interpersonal therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Gottman couples therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
I also provide faith-based and spiritually-affirming care when aligned with a client’s values and preferences. In my free time, I love to birdwatch with my husband, get a run in, spend time with friends, as well as baking, crafting, and thrifting.
