As both a Veteran and a caregiver, I know how overwhelming it can feel to carry so much responsibility while trying to stay strong for others. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, and begin focusing on your well-being. I work with adults, and families and have a special interest in those connected to military life and those raising children with special needs.

I work with clients on challenges spanning anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, OCD, life transitions, military family life, and family conflict. I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy to help clients feel safe, understood, and capable of making posisitive changes.
