I’m a bilingual therapist, offering sessions in both English and Spanish, and I work with teens, young adults, and middle-aged adults. My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing from mindfulness, strengths-based and person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and narrative therapy to meet each client where they are.
