Many of our clients come to see us to learn how to cope with anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodivergent disorders (OCD, ADHD, Autism), personality disorders, as well processing through the day-to-day frustrations we all experience. We have clinicians that are trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT, CBT, and play therapy. We work with children, teens, and adults
