My ideal clients are children ages 3 - 12. Many children experience transition issues with their families, i.e. divorce, confusion in the family: sending mixed messages, increased anxiety, sleeping troubles, ADHD, ODD, young parents experiencing to increase communication and parental confidence, I can conduct family sessions as needed. Women who are suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, empowering them. I can refer you to a psychiatrist for medication if you want it.
My best work is conducted in my office, although I do telehealth with adults. Play therapy is best in my office. In my play therapy sessions, it's a safe, neutral place to express themselves. I offer games and activities to encourage confidence and attention span. Women are initially afraid to come in. I offer a warm and safe environment.
I cannot tell anyone unless you are in danger of hurting yourself. I will listen and take your feeling seriously. Sometimes it's hard to reach out to family, they struggle to be objective.
