I have a deep commitment and personal passion for helping individuals overcome trauma, while reclaiming their lives. I provide both individual and group therapy, and I'm most experienced with trauma recovery, with a particular emphasis on survivors of domestic violence. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your trauma-related challenges and work towards healing. My approach is individualized, emphasizing safety, trust, and collaboration throughout our therapeutic journey. I also offer canine animal-assisted therapy, and EMDR on a limited basis. My expertise and focus includes working with those who have experienced trauma in all forms. I have worked with individuals that have experienced PTSD, complex trauma, abuse and neglect. I have a special focus on working with victims of domestic violence, either ongoing or recovering. I take most commercial insurances and Medicaid plans.
