I’m a therapist at Ellie Mental Health's Manassas clinic. I'm deeply committed to helping individuals overcome emotional and mental health challenges, and I’ve had the privilege of working with clients through depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I also prioritize trauma-informed care, ensuring that you feel safe and supported throughout your therapy journey. I am taking new clients both in-person and virtually, and our clinic accepts most insurances.
