Guided by a licensed therapist, this group offers a safe and compassionate space to share, reflect, and build resilience. The is limited to 10 participants to ensure a personalized experience. An intake session with the therapist is required before joining to ensure the best fit and support for your needs. Sessions may be billed to insurance or cost $75 per session for self-pay clients. Group meets once a week for 90 minutes to learn and practice Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills. You will learn the tools to truly help change maladaptive behaviors and learn to build a life worth living. DBT has been shown to be helpful with: difficulty with emotion regulation, such as decreasing anger and depression; increasing feelings of happiness, self-harm, anger outbursts, suicide thoughts or attempts, difficulty with interpersonal effectiveness, and substance use.
