I know that finding a therapist who is the right fit can be a grueling process! I see people who come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by grief, disoriented from past experiences, or even feeling somewhat skeptical about therapy. After working together, I find clients better understand their internal world, feel validated, and can approach their life with more self-acceptance. I am passionate about validating your experiences, providing clarity, and demystifying therapy so that you can direct your own healing.

For each client, I try to find the right mixture of gold standard evidence-based treatments and authentic connection that will get you on solid ground again. I specialize in a wide variety of anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma, as well as relationship issues, spiritual/religious trauma, and grief. (Note: I do not use AI in any part of my practice)

I can provide Christian counseling upon request. I have special interest in serving those who have experienced religious or spiritual deconstruction, trauma, or burnout.
