I’m a licensed social worker & trauma-focused therapist. I focus on treating complex trauma and PTSD, with clinical experience supporting those living with chronic illness, OCD, ADHD, ASD, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I warmly welcome and affirm clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds. You are seen, respected, and supported exactly as you are.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have completed trainings in both EMDR and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and utilize techniques from additional therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.
I care deeply and am very passionate about the work that I do with clients. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth, and I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes to your life.
