I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy focuses on emotional regulation, coping skills, communication, and creating meaningful, lasting change in everyday life.

I provide a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work toward your goals. I offer therapy online throughout Ohio.
