Seeking therapy is a meaningful step. I am here to meet you with curiosity and presence. I work with adult navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves and/or others or caught in patterns that might be ready to shift. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where you don't have to do it alone. Together, we create the room and space for things to soften and shift, reconnect with parts of yourself and build new ways of relating to yourself and others. My style is grounded, attuned and centered, with humor sprinkled in.
I am certified in Brainspotting, trained in EMDR & IFS 1. I also draw from other modalities like CBT and DBT. I help clients process experiences held in the mind and in the body, strengthen inner resources and try to find a little more balance in everyday life. To me therapy is collaborative, and hugely impacted by the therapeutic relationship.
As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish) and Washington State Approved Supervisor, I support clients and associates from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
