Trauma is any experience that has overwhelmed your ability to cope and has impacted how you now perceive yourself and the world around you. We can work together to heal and grow past previous experiences so that you can be the best version of yourself
My background is in social work which means that I also look to understand you as a whole and what factors have brought you to this moment. I am trained and often use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting (BSP) as therapy modalities . I am an approved WA Supervisor & offer supervision to associates seeking their clinical license
I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs and find that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of successful therapy. I provide sessions in both English and Spanish to help clients from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds and cultures. I look forward to our working together!
