Every child and teen deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported as they make sense of their experiences. I support highly sensitive children and adolescents with navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, overwhelming emotions, and more. Integrating EMDR and Synergetic Play Therapy, I follow the young person's lead and draw on their natural language of play to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and inner growth and resilience. I also work with caregivers to enhance regulation, connection, and understanding beyond the therapeutic environment.
