I provide person-centered therapy, supporting clients in recognizing and developing their strengths in order to meet life's challenges. When providing therapy to adolescent clients, I take great care toward providing an engaging and understanding space, while partnering with them to navigate the real pressures and obligations that they face.
My style is gentle, solution-oriented, resourceful and thoughtful. I believe people are inherently resilient and creative, but sometimes caged by our own limiting beliefs or circumstances. Through exercises like thought challenging, art making, and guided meditations, together we can identify patterns in your life and how they may be impacting you.
