You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck — carrying more than you can name. Maybe you’re navigating grief, a painful life transition, relationship strain, or the weight of old patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t have to sort through it alone. Therapy can help you move toward clarity, steadiness, and a renewed sense of self.
I work with adults, older teens, and older adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and grief — including the layered, complex grief that follows a suicide loss.
My work integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed care. I have EMDR basic training and use it to support clients in processing distressing experiences and reducing emotional intensity. For those exploring ketamine as part of their healing, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
Clients describe me as direct but gentle — someone who sees the whole picture without judgment. Sessions are active and reflective: we explore patterns, strengthen boundaries, deepen emotional insight, and make meaningful, achievable changes. Whether we’re processing trauma, navigating grief, or building coping skills, I meet you exactly where you are.
