I specialize in supporting women of all ages through complex relationship dynamics, estrangement, and relational trauma. My goal is to help you feel seen and understood. We’ll work on addressing unhelpful thoughts, improving communication, and balancing your needs. Faith-based therapy can be incorporated if this is your preference.
You already have the answers within you; you just need the right support to uncover them. Trained in EMDR, I offer effective techniques for addressing relational challenges and deep-seated emotional issues.
