Ellie a Licensed Clinician Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Parenting Educator. She is a relational therapist, with particular training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) for the treatment of complex trauma. She also draws from her training and practice in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
