Hi, my name is Elli, and I work with people across the lifespan (children, teens, and adults) who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about what comes next. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply explore questions related to their identity and self-understanding. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are without pressure to have everything figured out. We will explore the experiences, patterns, and stories that have shaped you and build practical tools to help you navigate your daily life.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I view you as the expert on your own life and work alongside you to identify what feels meaningful and sustainable. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I also have special training in working with children and families.
I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported.
