Hi there! My name is Elli and I work across the lifespan with children, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or questions around identity and relationships. For younger clients, this can look like big emotions or difficulty expressing themselves. Adults may feel anxious, low, or disconnected. In our work, you’ll have space to explore your experiences, feel understood, and move toward change in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related concerns, and offer LGBTQ+ affirming care. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and build tools that feel helpful and sustainable.
